The poster asks how he can appear only on page one, but not on pages 2 + 3 etc as well? - In his reply, Lakatos suggests to enable the Position Preference feature which the poster can do in the bottom left corner of his Edit Campaign Details page. Thereby he can determine where he would like his ad to display. - AdWordsPro enters the thread to warn that position preferences are not guaranteed. The poster's ad may still appear in other positions, though Google will make every effort to display his ad where he prefers. Once he sets new position preferences, it may take a few days for the AdWords system to begin delivering his ad according to his preferences.
