The poster would like to do some reorganization but he is scared to death that if he moves keywords from one ad group to another he will affect their quality score. He adds that he would like to pull very high CTR keywords into their own ad groups and work to improve them and lower the CPC's even more. - In his reply, AdWordsPro suggests that, rather than pulling his best keywords out of an ad group that is running well, the poster does just the opposite. He should pull out any poorly performing keywords (that he'd still like to keep) and put them in a new ad group. - A new poster enters the thread to note that he cannot find an easy way to move keywords around or move ad groups from one campaign to another in the web interface. - In response, Micky, an ex-Googler from the AdWords Team, says that one can use the official free AdWords account management tool, the AdWords Editor. He adds that he'll prepare a nice tutorial on AdWords Editor on his new blog. Finally he concludes that reorganization is very very dangerous and has to be done very carefully. A few pieces of advice follow.
